dude dont get into a war with me, my passion for skiing is as strong as any pro man. Hows this for ya: driving 2 hours EVERY weekend by myself cuz no one skis more than twice a year from aroudn me. I did this twice a week for the whole winter driving through the shittyness of jersey on highways you coudlnt even imagine driving with assholes to the left of me and assholes to the right. I got in 30 days and that was struggles. I think about skiing in oct and nov more than i do while i am skiing during the season. Don't make a judgement on somone when you dont know how dedicated they are. I skied almost everytime i could during high school. I dont hav the money to afford more than 2 days a week cuz the gas is enough 10 bucks there and 10 back and i even found kids i didnt even know to pay to come with me so they could pay my gas money. When we got a blizzard last year, i hit this jump everyday after school for two weeks until the runway, jump, and landing disappeared. I may not what is it like to ski out ive only been there n the summer for camp in whistler, but i can tell u it takes just as much dedication where i am coming from as it does out west. Try waking up at 530am leaving at 6am for the mt after 4 hours of sleep, then get to the mt just afer 8am get on the mt at 830 ski from then til 5-6 pm, then have to drive home 2 plus hours tryin to keep yourself awake drivin on the asshole road ways of jersey my friend. But all of this is worth it too me, I dont even realize that i have to wake up and do it again next week cause i enjoy myself so much. Theres different types of dedication in people based on where they are from....I am just tryin to tell you where I'm coming from thats all.
Keep, Keep on truckin' Yeah...Good Stuff
When I read about the evils of drinking, I gave up reading.
