last night i watched Bruce Lee in Enter the Dragon and i was quite impressed. then, this afternoon i watch The Way of the Dragon.
some of you might be wondering what the point of this thread is, but it is to reflect on epic kung-fu movies and how badass they are.
or in another discussion, Bruce Lee or Chuck Norris?

Chris Farley lulz, but watch all of Bruce Lee's Movies and you know true martial arts movies. He is the fucking man

yeah, i dunno in the english version, but in the german version, when he enters the bureau of that money-expert and the guy makes this joke like "nice jacket, who shot the couch?" (ninja is wearing a tiger suit jacket). and than ninja is trying to act like the guy because he wants to take his role and he makes the same joke when the villain enters the room. i roflcoptered through the closed window and still use this phrase every 2 days or so

Are you fucking retarded?
Bruce Lee was probably the greatest physical specimen to ever grace Earth. He could hold a 185 lb barbell straight out from his chest and press it 5 times.

i watched ninja assassin on the plane today...

it was absolutely brutal.

all of the ninjas attack in the dark so you cant really even see half the fight sequences and the plot is retardedly unrealistic

all in all, shit.

Bruce Lee didn't make Kung Fu films.

Fuck ya, now we're talking about some real kung fu classics. Any Shaw Brothers movies are pretty good. Master Killer: Enter the 36 Chambers is my favorite. 5 Deadly Venoms is good and I can't remember the name but it's about Marco Polo is awesome. I need to go down to chinatown some day and grab a grip of these awesome flicks.
