our rep just informed us that Rory left and signed with Nordica and Kristi left and he does not know who she signed with.

do with this info what you will.
 
Why would Rory leave for Nordica? doesnt he already use Nordica boots anyway? Maybe thats it...

and Kristi seems like shes kinda been out of the scene for a while... so iono.

You dont hear about Kristi all that often... and it sucks cuz shes a hottie with a body...
 
well the rory stuff has been known about for quite a while. its no secret at all.

and for kristi... well... she hasnt progressed or done anything substantial (imo), so whatever
 
But why would he move to Nordica? Do they even have any twins? I probably sound really dumb saying that... being i work at a ski shop.. (we dont have anything nordica though, so bear with me)
 
i guess that explains some of it.. but u would think quicksilver is a big enough company that they would give him a pretty good paycheck... just look at how they took candide from Salomon... and salomon isnt just some small company u know...
 
id personally rather have rossignol invest the extra money their receiving into ski technology or something of that nature to help us the skiers instead of whether or not they have bushfield or leskinen on their team. if they're leaving for money they're leaving for money and i'm glad rossi isn't forking over cash that could be better used in other areas maybe the quiksilver corporateness is a good influence on them.
 
Kristi should at best be on some flow team. Her level of skiing was moderately impressive 4 years ago, but she honestly has not gotten any better since happy dayz.
 
they probably offered him more money to ski with the rest of there products instead of just the boots.
 
yea, her hotness factor has receeded as well. ehh, with all the new girlshredders (battersby, parker, turski) i have low hopes for kristi, as her icon status is fading fast.
 
rory didn't sign with nordica for more money , nordica is more interested in what the skier wants or at least that's what a rep told me so stop thinking it's cuz of more money cuz it aint
 
yeah Kristi pretty much sucks... I just watched ski porn then propaganda, and I was like damn... same tricks, and she still has that arm she doesn't grab with way out in the air, it completely lacks stlye. and her grinds suck

fyi, kristi is not that good looking. any pics you see in mags (like glamour ones) are photoshopped like crazy. trust me.

I concur... I'm sick of all these 15 year old tools talking smack about Leskinen... Shes hot. She can shred. Shes chill. Unless you have met her and she was a total bitch to you (which would probably mean you were a total dick to her..) then you cant talk shit...

End of story. Kristi is better than you... so fuck off...
 
i know rory swithced....im sure whatever the reason...it was legit and not just for money...and the second he was off rossi they took him off everything. websote and stuff...but kristi is still on the website....so i donno if she is off or not.
 
dude, I m not saying I'm better than her, I just saying she is not being very progressive, like other women in the sport, i.e. Sarah Burke. If you are going to be a pro, whether you are a guy or a girl, you have to stay progressive and turn out a better video segment every year, year after year. In my opinion she has not. But since you have all those damn sponsor on your signature, you must know exactly what I mean.

i also think that rory filming with MSP had something to do with it because they sponsor their movies. Also, I heard Nordica makes really good twin tips. The Blower, Enforcer, and Ignition are apparently sick skis.
 
And what everyone else is sayin is that you have no room to talk because you probably cannot even do as well as she can. Shes a beautiful female skier, and a well known one at that... shes doing whatever the fuck she wants to do and if shes happy where she is as a skier, thats fine by me. Skiing is about having fun, and being a pro skier is about having fun and being paid for it and being a good diplomat for the company you support. Kristi does a fabulous job at that.. especially being shes an incredibly attractive person who just happens to ski incredibly well, no matter what you think. Ill admit that Sarah Burke is more 'progressive' but that doesnt take away from the fact that Kristi is a bomb ass good skier herself...

get off your high horse. professional skiers only have a job because of people who they have never met or skied with.
 
Bushfield's move is his own but for Kristi, I understand if Rossi prefer to invest in some younger talents...
 
she is on no high horse, you misunderstood. maybe you read into it a little too much. you see, for a lot of skier girls, kristi, sarah, and whoever else are their role models. when people talk shit on someone you looked up to when you were younger, you may want to defend them.
 
umm, you obviously haven't met her then, my one encounter with the kirsti is when my friend was filming for windels (i was eating lunch on the rocks, though wasn't a camper), and she slipped off the rail she was doing (like didn't clean it) and lost control, flaided, and broke my friends camera lens with her pole. he then got all pissy at the shocked and heartbroken young lad for being in the way (which he wouldn't have been close to had she cleaned the flat down rail), who now was a couple hundred in the whole with broken equipment, then skied off without so much as an apology. so yes, she does have an attitude. and she's not that hot, i'd take parker or burke over her any day of the week, and they're both way cooler and nicer. and for the record, i am a better skier than kristi (i just don't have any recent video to show it). and that is my tale.
 
Kristi Isnt actually that nice of a person, Ive hung out with her a bit and yeh shes ok but she thinks shes top shit and she is shes an amazing skier, and she is hot some times and then other times shes not, but Sarah is a better skier but doesnt have the style and she is much hotter and much more down to earth, Sarah is like the perfect girl. But Kristi Attitude or no attitude is a chick and she is a good fukin skier, big deal your better than her so are shit loads of guys but there what like 3 girls better allround than her, Grete and Michelle and sarah, Shes in all the Oakley adds in Airports around the world shes on Tv shows she in her own way does good shit for skiing even though shes kinda a bitch.
