Looks like roundtrip airfare from Denver to Stockholm is about $850. That's dirt cheap; you're not going to do much better than that, even a year in advance. As for a hotel, you guys could all chip in to split one... Total cost outlay is ~$1k for the trip. Worth it if you win ;-)
 
Evan, did you see "Pretty Good"? I worked with the kid last year man, dont take anything away from him, he worked his ass off, not saying others dont...most everyone works thier ass off for filming parts. But you mentioned that he isnt living up to it?...I thought he had a great showing of his work in "Pretty Good".
 
I'm not saying he's not good or doesn't try, i just think he got overhyped way to early. In the next couple years he's gonna get real damn sick, but the past two years he blew up and hasn't gone very far.

As for the KOS, I got invited into the event regularly. They sent me my invite after the 20 skiers were chosen, so I will be in Sweden too, hopefully (tickets are pricey).

Evan - I don't know what your deal is, it seems unnecessary. As far as you knew up until this point I didn't get into the event, so I don't know why you still needed to leave your two-cents-worth on every comment with my name in it.
