Knuckle or Overshoot?

Overshoots are definitely a lot worse. The last time i overshot a big kicker and landed flat my knees connected with my chin and my front teeth went through my lips/gums. Needed stitches all over the place and looked like Frankenstein for a month. Not pleasant at all.
