there's a Know Before You Go presentation by the Utah Avalanche Center this Thusday (Dec. 1st) at the Level Nine retail store (660 S 400 W). it's from 7-9, FREE, and you'll also get a coupon for $20 off any $100+ purchase from Level Nine.

Also on this note, Brett Kobernik from the Utah Avalanche Center is giving some sort of Avy awareness presentation Wednesday the 30th at Milosport in Orem at 9. If you are around down here, be sure to check it out

Damn saw this just too late. I'm getting mine through White Pine and got in off the wait list for the december class so just went yesterday and paid. Oh well, White Pine and UAC are good people, I don't mind my money going to support em.
