just wondering about some stretches! Any ways to speed up a recovery? its no longer swollen, ligaments are just abit tender and i can walk with no limp/jog up and down the stairs. I'm rocking a knee brace when im not chilling out! any special things i should do to it before shredding? other then just brace? some stretches and exercises would be appreciated!

holla! thanks for the help in advance,

dude if it was swollen you tore something, and you should get it checked and cleared with a doctor before you shred.

Some possibilities include:

-he fell from an airplane

-he fell skiing

-he fell in the hall at school

-I tripped him.

or, you tripped him and he fell out of an airplane and landed on a school, broke the roof, and landed in the hallway.

well it's just assumed that he was on his way to heli-ski in the Swedish Alps with his hot Swedish sister whom he likes to look at naked when she takes showers in their open-floor spaee home.

if you do the standard thigh stretch, that might help a little bit, but other than that, ice it and put some arinca on it. and if the pain continues,i would get it checked out.

idunno much about knees but i have quit a history with fucking up my ankles and toes and wrists and rib cage but with torn ligaments just dont do whatever makes them hurt dont take my word tho cus the onnyl ligaments ive torn were in my toes like 3 days ago...lol basicaly ice it, take hot baths, dont do anything that would stretch it out idunno pace yourself

PMed you dude! thanks!

Im now taking arnica as well as some other vitamins (glucosamene sulfate) and stretching lots... anyone know any good stretches for mcl ish?

ive had bad/injured knees for a while now, and what ive found works good is: ice and ibuprofen after to take the swelling down, and stretch before to prevent injury. some good stretches are 1- standing, for right knee, bend knee all the way, and pull up on foot with your left hand, up and twords the left. 2- laying down on your side, have another person take your top leg(with injured knee) and push the calf/foot down to the ground in front of the lower leg, with legs held straight. the best cure is rest. knees seem to repair themselves eventually, it just takes awhile.

woa buddy...you do not stretch a torn, swollen knee

you stretch a knee with patellar tendonitice or jumpers knee or osgood shlauters or something not caused by a twist or a huge impact
