Anybody have this cd or now anything about him. I'm looking to download or buy it and can't find it anywhere. Is the cd worth it?

k'naan is incredibly good, for real, some of the best music ive heard ('best' meaning apealing to just about everyone)
 
yeah i remember this thread. And i know i was getting ripped off, didn't care. saw him at telus fest last year and out that night, hes the man.
 
he's sick dude, his cd is worth the money.

i remember a couple of years back they interviewed him on muchmusic and he said he's from somalia, if you dont know where that is...its where black hawk down took place. he says he grew up down the street from a market where the stalls selling grenades and rpg's are next to the potato and bread stalls, with the dudes yelling like "dont buy his grenades-his are shit they dont even explode, buy my grenades!" so he's got a pretty unique view of the world in term of rappers i think.
