I studied a kite surfing distributor for a major component of one of my college classes. It looks pretty cool, but it's not a sport for poor people.

I've tried it before when I was in Hawaii. I got a flyer thingie to do it at the gorge near my house...heh. I heard it was pretty expensive gear though.
