Kiss/Anthem Round 2

I'm still waiting for the day MOTU (masters of the universe) sues Armada for madsteeze's graphic on the 06/07 Ants using the character "skeletor"(found about 10cm up from the nose binder piece on right ski). It is essentially the exact same thing that happened with kiss and the Line anthem skis.

Anyone even know what im taking about?

i kno what ur talkin about i heard kiss sued line coz there was a rocker on it that had black long hair and white makeup personally i thikn those skis were the shit and they shoulda kept em but line only made a limited pair
 
if you were a kid in the 80's you would know that there is more than just a coincidence here. that is skeletor.
 
However, KISS is a washed up old rock band that retains a staff of lawyers who do nothing but look for copyright infringement. Unless MOTU is a anal retentive as Kiss, I doubt anything will happen.
 
Word, KISS can eat a dick, they never made good music anyway, all that make-up was to mask the fact that they sucked ass.
 
To everyone who says it isn't close enough: It's a lot closer than the rocker was to any member of KISS. As an 80's child, that is most definitely Skeletor.

Anyone who says that isn't Skeletor was obviously not around as a kid in the 80s! Funny how Anthony was born in 82, ha ha. Also, She-ra should have made a nude appearance on the tail.
 
He hid it well, you never would've guessed from his evil plans that his goal the whole time was to get He-man in the sack for a round or two.

And that graphic most definitely looks almost exactly like Skeletor, anyone who says otherwise obviously never watched the show.
 
yea its not even close but neither was the guy on the anthems theres a guy on them that looks just like axel rose but he didnt sue, kiss is just gay and wants to make money anywere they can
 
there are alot of cases of that. KISS are the only one that really cares because they can make some money off it. one of my buddies has this board

looks like a radioactive cookie monster but seaseme street let it slide i guess because my friend just started laughing when i asked if there were any lawsuits over the graphic.
 
you know Iron Maiden and The SEx Pistols both sued K2 for using their name. I geuss that must have happened at a less critical point in the production. And I guess it's a lot easier to change the name of a ski than the top sheet
 
KISS was just being gay cause no one liked em or cared aboot them so they thought if they sued line they would get money and people might by there music again...instead there music sales havent changed and know EVERYONE HATES THEM (before us skiers didnt like or hate them mofos)
