I was on the wall about noon today, and (not surprisingly) it stopped. As I looked around, I noticed major smoke coming from the direction of the power plant. All power in the valley was off, they turned on all the auxillary generators to get people off the lifts (after about half an hour) then shut down the resort. From the wall, the flames looked at least 20 feet high. Apparently (as the website says) the generator caught fire...and they're also saying it'll be fine by next thursday. here's hopin.

I was there as well, that whole building was up in smoke. But the people who worked there were telling people that we need to hold on to our tickets because we can use it for another day!
