I wanna hear some news on the park. Any new features? Maybe a new location (cough* the flyer *cough)? I'm just getting stoked to shred again and maybe a little softcore on here will get the mojo going.
 
yeah, i heard rumor thet they were switching the park to flyer?

i have no idea tho, i havnt even checked on the site or anything
 
i have yet to hear for sure, but from what ive heard is theres going to be a couple new features put in (i.e rails most likely) im not sure ill email mark since he seems to be absent from NS :P prob mad busy gettin stuff ready
 
Not sure how I missed this thread...maybe because we're not called KIRBY...just kidding.

It's true, I've been VERY busy, with little time to check on the NS scene.

What's new for OSHAWA SKI CLUB this year? Well...we didn't move the park, not sure where that rumour got started, we are in the process of painting and refurbing our line up of rails and jibs, things should look REALLY clean this year...and a bunch of new faces will be filling the park staff department as well.

There are a couple features in the fabrication stages....all I can say at this time is that they are boxes, in the same vein as the 30 foot "flat down flat" we built last year...I'm stoked, good times ahead...

Like usual, we will be focusing our snowmaking on our Standard and Bambi areas first to get up and going, then move guns into the park.

I have set a goal of opening next Saturday Dec 13th, but there will be no park open until we can get enough snow for our build needs.
