Kingpin question

I just spent way too much money on kingpins.

My question concerns the adjustable toe piece stopper that is advertised as a kingpin feature. The binding that I took out of the box doesnt have one. wtf? I thought they all had that, Im kinda bummed, one of the reasons I bought the binding.

Did I get ripped off or what? Its a kingpin 10 I think, maybe a knockoff?
 
Probably. I paid 400 on e bay. Probs old stock or somethin. You get what you pay for after all.

The action of the heel piece is not so smooth, like when it goes from cocked to loaded.
 
1st gen did have them. Starting this year they removed them due to compatibility issues with certain rockered sole boots. Straight from marker tech reps.
