Saw it fri. Basically its a paint-by-the-numbers movie in the Movies With Really Big Battles genre such as Troy, Lord of The Rings, etc. I like those movies, but this one kinda sucked, and I had high hopes for it. It had like 4 fight scenes the whole movie, and 2 were really small. Also, the movie did not show the crusaders as they really were: immoral thugs and killers. Most of them were there just to slaughter arabs, loot and pillage, and then be absolved of all sin. The lines were kind of corny. "They want to take Jerusalem. Well I say, let them come!" And it was really long and boring at parts.

yeah it wasn't that great man. but, me and my buddies got in for free... the last battle seen was pretty dope. no titty's though. that disappointed me. overall i'd say it's a renter.

I thought it was pretty damn good, while it was not a Gladiator, it was much better then Troy and all those God awful shitty ass movies. I would say blaze a bowl and go see it, I had fun, and God wills it.

yeha i was expecting another Gladiator...but i was disapointed. the lines were REALLY FUCKEN CHEESY

it was a brutal movie. it tried to glorify orlando bloom as a character, which was ridiculous, considering if he had taken up the kings offer and succedded him, the entire war would have been prevented. but he didnt, because his conscience got in the way, the new king dies anyways, and orlando got together with the kings wife anyways as well. the only difference was that the arabs took over jerusalem, and thousands died in a war that could have been prevented.

holy shit, a flawed hero, we can't have that now can we, thats not how its supposed to work... but in all fairness I did find trouble in the fact that he didn't find himself at fault from an utilitarian aspect.

It was the worst movie I ever been to. I have never fell asleep at a movie before and passed out in the first half hour due to a horrible plot. You would think that the producers would come up with a decent plot for a movie considering how much money they invest into it.
