KING OF JIB at ROUNDTOP MOUNTAIN RESORT (Lewisberry, Pennsylvania)

Entry Fee: $25.00. Online Registration will open in the near future. Total Entry: 100 participants. Lift Ticket/Pass Required, No hiking, J-bar serviced!

Cash Prizes of $1,000 for 1st and $500.00 for 2nd.

Sponsors: Under Armour, Faulkner Subaru, Giro Snow, Capita, Thirty-Two, Union, Howl, Ashbury, Airblaster, Crab Grab, Rockstar Energy Drinks

Location: J-Bar Park (Fife and Drum) at Roundtop Mountain Resort, Lewisberry, PA

Rules: Each participant must wear a snow sports helmet during all event practice and inspection of the competition. Scope it out. Look at the features before you ride them. Know your limits. Don’t ride outside your ability.

Day Breakdown

9-10:30AM- Check in for skiers and Riders: Rockstar Energy Athlete Lounge (Location to be determined))

11:00 – 11:25AM- Snowboard Practice

11:25AM- Snowboard meeting, top of venue

11:30AM-12:30PM- Snowboard qualifier

11:30AM-12:30PM- Skier check-in

12:45-1:10PM- Skier Practice

1:15PM- Skier meeting, top of venue

1:20-2:15PM- Skier qualifier

3:00-4:30PM- Lunch/Hang out time

5:30pm Finalist Meeting, Rockstar Energy Lounge

6:00-7:15pm- Finals for skiers and boarders

7:45PM- Awards at the bottom of the J-Park.

Top 15 from each qualifier will make the finals.

Prize Breakdown

Skier and Snowboard divisions respectively

Open Ski / Snowboard 1st place- $1,000 + Product

Open Ski / Snowboard 2nd Place- $500 + Product

Open Ski / Snowboard 3rd Place- Product

There is now a 14 and under division. If you are 14 and still want to compete for the 1000$ you can compete in the open division, but wont be able to still do the the 14 and under.

it's the time we have been waiting for! King of Jib Set is starting to take shape!

Centerpiece was placed in tonight! Tons of hand shaping and work to be done, but it's just the start!

Bank tube top and bottom. The sides of the banks will transition down to the snow below. We better see some rodeos out of the banks and some 810's out of the tube. The landing to the tube will fade into the secondary rail landings (landings beside the Bank) The top of the rail is about 6ft tall off the landing at a slight up.

Finals about to kick off in an hour. Qualifiers went well 810s, flips, everyone was throwing down. Fun event, everyone is having a great time.
