I live in kimberley and as you know, we dont get jumps because of RCR, so whenever i go to a park i go all out, but after only a few runs i have wicked shin bang. any ways on helping reduce this? in the short term and the long?

The reason shin bang happens is from landing backseat, so try to get a better pop so you dont land backseat. But i find the best thing for shinbang is ICE lots of ice. Apparently booster straps are good too.

boosterstraps!
they saved my shins..... they are an elastic strap that you rivot to your boot and you can make em really tight. they are some of the best money i have ever spent.

get the top of your boot nice and dialed i.e. bootser straps! and make sure ur boot is not to packed/big. your foot is probably sliding forward and smashing into the front of the boot. you can put some padding on your boot just infront of your outside ankle to take up some space. aka a sinus pad

will an boosterstrap work better than the strap on spk kaos? i was okay on rossi rental boots, but now my shins are getting all shiny and hairless!
