ok so there is this rumor going around at my school that killington is open with one trail. i checked some sources and they come up negative. i highly doubt that any east coast ski area is open. i just wanted to check with some real ski enthusiasts< spelling> about this. as far as im concerned it is as low as you can go faking that a ski area is open during the preseason. when do they open is the question?

i want to ski...
 
My understanding of it is, Killington announced their opening date for November 19 or something like that. But I'm also going off something I just read in another thread. But, no, they're definitely not open now.
 
its is possible to hike killy before halloween, last year it was only a couple of inches, but 2 years ago, there was about 2 feet
 
they opened superstar but only for people who work at the mountain. i was up there yesterday and we were trying out the new "got milk" rail. its soo dope. i think they took it all down this morning when the rain melted all the snow.
 
whhhat i thought they had all this hype about him designing the parks- i mean i hear ur just relayin what u know but no new features is quite disappointing
