Hey every one in Vermont hows killington lookin? Im making a road trip up there on the 2nd juss checkin out the conditions
 
I took 1 run today in the pouring rain. They still have 3 flat boxes, down box, up flat box, down rail, and a fun little jump. But the snow is shit right now and the forecast doesn't look good
 
ya its rediculous the park crew is soooo lazy this year it pisses me off. Is it too much to ask of them for them to switch up the what, like 5 rails they got set up? I mean i know they got way many more rails than that so why not switch it up; i want to see the flat-down rail. And its about time they put in a jump.
 
You guys should be kissing Killington's ass instead of bashing um. That mountain is looking way better than anything else east of the mississippi. They are making more snow than any other mountain.....very expensive and the only people who are skiing are season pass holders. So really they are losing a lot of money that they dont have because ASC is in debt way over their heads. Ok, they could change up the park set up, but why. Wait til they can get bear open and then have a legit park and pipe.
 
I was at Mt Snow today and at Killington last Wednesday. Killington has better snow, but Mt Snow has a far better park setup.
 
see you completely misunderstood everyone. Im pretty sure everyone appreciates killington as a mountain for all their snowmaking and being open so early and having so much open right now despite the weather. What we're saying is that the park needs to be switched up, im only mad at the park crew, not the mountain itself. Killington's one of the best mountains to be at right now due to their snowmaking and the amount they got open, thats sick; their park isnt.

i think they open up bear tomorrow, hopefully they will have some jibs on bear trap
 
i was there today. the conditions were bearable. there was skiable cover on everything that was open, and some fresh natural stuff if u ducked some ropes. i only skied by the park but it didn't look up to much. down rail, small down box stuff like that.
 
I would say probably not. most likely it will just be bear trap *maybe* with a rail or two or a small hit, and then a groomer to the base of the sky peak quad. Probably no BM quad. They probably just need another base open for crowd control.
