does killington open nov 10th or 11th? and do they ussually have a park set up?

earlier than that... they usually open like nov 1st. they have a pretty good preseason park.

if the site says the 10th or 11th, it'll probably be like the 15th. killington is no longer commited to early and late season skiing.

since ASC went into 400 million dollars of debt. They no longer open early and close late, takes away from the chrachter of the mtn.

Will Killington be the first to open in the East? I am hopeing to get some skiing in the week ebefore thanksgiving.

i doubt it. They weren't the first to open last year, but they wern't that far behind either. Week before thanksgiving might be accurate, I think that's when they opened last year. Thanksgiving day was my 1st day skiing, and i think they had been open for a week or so.

They opened on november 8th or something like that last year not thanksgiving. There is a smal place in CT that opens before Killy but i forget the name.

ther's no way in hell they're going to open by november 1st the 11th sounds right to me maybe a few days earlier, the parks okay kind of small but good rails.

I just want to go skiing on the 17th...I am betting they will be open...they should be testing the guns this weekend...it says cold weather on the way with a freeze tonight (oct 21st) I bet they start blowing snow next week

i woke ups at 430 and hiked killy this morning, people were digging out the pipes at the top
