does anyone know when it usually opens, i checked the site and they didnt have anything on expected opening date

yeah when i went last year they had maybe 2 or 3 rails a box and a it might of been a him or a regular jump

there is not set date, who knows we could have a lot of snow or we could not and they would not open till late Nov. That's why there is nothing on their site. It's all on the weather and every year Killington opens later and later....

 
i'll be up there around thanksgiving so hopefully they'll be open by then

back in the day they would open in october the old mangement ski Ltd. was comited to opening very erarly asc didnt folow this tradition as much so now we ususaly open early to mid november. but i would be sick is asc stepted it up and opened in october. cause they are capable of doing it considering they will cover the middle of cascade with snow for promotional purposes in early october.

what happined to drugs, sex, & rock and roll...now adays we have aids crack and techno.......

skiing on halloween is always fun, i hope we get some freak snow storm in september. they dont open but you can hike, its always good fun.

 
ill be there the first day. always have been. im excited. and ya. last year they had like a hip, a straight rail, a reg box, a flat down like a podium box or whatev. it wasnt too bad. i mean, u dont wanna go that crazy your first time out anyways.

but ya. they uusally open around veterans day. im almost always skiing on that day. i dont rmember the last time i wasnt. so check the date.
