how is killington as of this week (nov 4th)? i'm thinking about going there next wknd and i just wanted to know if it was worth it. i see they have about 7 miles of skiing open, which is 25 runs about. how are the lines? is the $39 dollar lift ticket worth it?

Yeah last thankgiving i was up thier and got on the daily pic hell yeah but they had the same runs oopen thanskgiving they do now and for this much shit open now with a park its deffinatly worth it.......... AH I CASNT WAIT TO DRIVE

If your gonna go up, definitly go to Killington. I went to Okemo yesterday the 3rd, cause i get a stratton/okemo pass. Their were only like 2 trails open (they advertised 7, but the other ones were all little stupid connectors. And to top it off, it was and ICE FEST. I don't mind a little ice, but yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeesh. If your gonna spend the money and the time, go to killington. Not to mention Okemo didnt have 1 rail or jump or anything. It was blowfest.

yeah just let me know what you think if you have been there really recently....are the some dirt cheap places to stay near the hill?

I was there yesterday...it was sick. They have a hip, rainbow, straight rail set up. 25 trails top to bottom, sick moguls and various other small hits. Worth the trip entirely. There are also a bunch of cheap places on the way up to the mountain to stay.
