Hey, i bet anyone who went up to killington today is probably still skiing (seeing how its 2:10), but I was just wondering how everything up there was. Im coming out the weekend of the 8-11 and wanted to know how it looked for how much they will have open. It seems like with the constant snowmaking they are doing they should be able to have a lot open. Plus the natural snow they just had and should get hit with soon once this storm in the midwest comes over to VT. Thanks

im hopin to go up there next weekend and ski fri and sat. I cant wait. I might have to ski my virgin pocket rockets which I cant wait to do.

i think im gonna go up the night of sunday the 10th, sleep in my friends car, ski all monday, and then drive home that night. cant wait

yeah BiGaIr1440...i got some virgin rockets to test out too at killington in a few weeks...hopefully they arent too fat.

 
It was really nice conditions, although most of the trails were covered with moguls (but that was prob. because it was late in the pm, from like 1-4). There is one tiny, tiny. tiny hip thing that is wicked ghetto and sketchy. Its like a mound on the right side of the top of the trail. There are a few little jumps on the side of the trail that are natural.

Yeah summer sucks - but i've built me a rail to keep me occupied till winter. Its only 7 feet long, 2 inches off the ground and located on a grass slope in my backyard but hey its better than nothing! I'm such a loser

it was pretty sick today even though it was raining most of the day. the rain didn't freeze so it was nice packed powder until late afternoon. they got 5 inches last night.
