Killington Saturday the 5th, Rock Skis or New Skis?

Going to killy on saturday, anyone have a good idea how the base will be, unfortunately I can only bring one pair of skis and I dont wanna trash my new ones, should i go for it or no?
Also I know this is a stupid question but oh well
