Killington Opening?

na dude, i think kbl is open with some lifts and some trails, but its just for this saturday and sunday, then closing for the week, then hopely opening again next weekend
 
If you have a pass, head up there. If not, wait a few weeks...it's not worth the $50 or so for their "40 trails."

It's just that it's really not 40 TRAILS, because they count all sorts of itty bitty connectors. If you just wanna ski though, head up. They had about 4 feet of fresh last week, so it won't be bad skiing, just not the selection you're probably used to.

actually, it was really worth it. on sat there was some powder to be found, a pretty sweet mini park and overall decent skiing. i would say that in the morning the snow conditions were better than 80% of midwinter days. and there weren't many people there on saturday so there were no lift lines.
 
Oh sick. I'll defidentally head up next weekend then, if they're open. I just heard from someone that they closed again tho. Can anyone confirm/deny?

No word yet...my brother moved, and I don't have his new number. It is REALLY warm out, so it's defidentally not below freezing up at Killington right now. My guess is that they won't be open unless it dramatically cools down in the next day or so. :/

ya theres no way they are opening because for once its actually fall now, global warming is great, changes the weather every week drastically... sweeet
