Killington getting snow

its because killingtons really cheap. so they open late, and close earlier and earlier every year. they still open alot earlier than alot of other places though. so dont complain
 
k yo, first off, its been 3o degrees the past few days and theyre getting tons more snoe this week so i would take that back
 
ya but i remember skiing there in june. they used to always be open till AT LEAST memorial day. tihs past year..they made it to may 14th. and there was more than enough snow to keep it open
 
Killy will be open by Nov. 11th Def. and by the 17th they will be 1/3rd open...more than just a couple runs...this is my prediction
 
They are suppose to get up to 30 inches from the left over hurricane weather this week...also heard they are going to start blowing soon
 
That is so awesome...if they get all this snow and start blowing it will be like....bam the whole mountain is open...go have fun
 
i just go back like a half hour ago. ME and 4 other people skied it from the top. Its kinda sketchy when you get to the bottom, but it was awesome. skipped to classes and got up at 4:30 in the morning though
 
It wont last all that long, its going to be warming up to 50 or so. Nov 11th may or may not happen, it all depends on how cold it gets.
 
All I know is I got my pass in the mail yesterday, and I can't sit still thinkin bout it... I'll ski anything at this point, especially considering it's not gonna cost me anything extra.

And Imagine if all that rain (the like, 8-10" or whatever) was snow... How sick would that have been, cause 1" of rain equals how much snow? It's alot, that's all I know.
