Tonight I was driving around and I went through a GREEN light turning YELLOW. A lady comes through the other side and I hti her, I couldn't stop my car in time. She gets out and starts screaming my light was green, which it most obviously wasn't. So I go over to a black guy (I got into the accident in the ghetto of my area... I'm a little white kid) and ask him if he saw it, he says yes and when the cops come tell his story. When the cops asked for the guys phone number he says 'I don't got no phone' and the guy was smoking something outside of a deli when I asked him for his help. So the cop goes and talks to the lady in the other car and the black man goes up to me and says 'Give me $20 now' so I am like what the fuck, he was like 'give it to me, I told him you had right of way so give me fucking money' so I was scared shitless so I was like... fine. So I gave him money. So now its a 17 yr old kids word and a black guy with no phone in the ghetto, against 2 woman in a jaguar claiming they had right of way. I am fucked, I did everything correctly and never broke a law and I'm getting fucked in the fucking ass. I hate life, kill me

ive gone to court on charges that i stole something. Which I DID. But im so fucking slick i got away with it. Think about it man, you can definitely get away with this shit, you even have a witness! Even if he is black and lives in the ghetto and without a phone that doesnt mean he counts as Less of a person.

k i dont wanna cause a race thing, but that kid is right, people will always be stereo typed because of differences, they could be anything, the main ones I find are wealth, colour, and just the way someone dresses. And Im pretty sure everyone on this site has stereo typed people on all three of those things, so no one should be callin him a racist, cuz he never really even said anything racist. I thinkk he's more pissed that the court's won't take the word of the guy, just because of his situation. I don't see him as being racist, I see him fearing that the court's may be racist and predjudiced against both the man and himself. He's saying he feels the court is going to trust two upper class women's words over those of a 17 year-old kid and a 'ghetto dweller.' And if it happens that way, then I feel bad for the kid and wish that court a long stay in the proverbial hell.
