Kill Bill Vol. 2

Ok, how many of you are going to see Vol. 2 this weekend? I think I'm going on Saturday night, and from what I've read of Vol. 2 it's supposed to have far more substance than Vol. 1 (which was very good, but not quite Tarantino standards). I was really bummed that I didn't get to see Vol. 1 in theaters so I bought it yesterday, but I won't make that mistake ustwith Vol. 2.

Who is seeing it this weekend and what did you think of Vol. 1 in comparison to Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown and Reservoir Dogs?

Kill Bill is great though. Don't look at it for surface substance, because it's not supposed to have any. It's a story for the sake of the Bride is. When she's fighting the Bell girl, it's perfectly realistic. No music, no excessive blood, and they fight with friggin butcher knives and frying pans. In japan, it's a live action anime. I love it.

^The single best character driven film of all time. Absolutely awesome movie. Beats KB (which I love, don't get me wrong) hands down.

Jackie brown is good, but it really pales in comparison to his others

But i never saw that Jack Brown movie. Kill Bill is an awesome movie, alittle over board with the gore but it was still awesome. Any movie where Lucy Lui cuts someones head off is worth seeing.

Pulp Fiction may be my all time favorite movie. I don't think I'll be able to see Kill Bill II until after the weekend...its actually the first movie in awhile that I want to go see.

they are all good movies, especially resevoir dogs, and I think vol. 2 will be pleasing to the eye as well. I can't wait for tommorrow when I go see it.

i just saw kill bill 1 two days ago and i watched true romance (written by quentin terintino but not directed by him) they were both good, i might see vol 2 this weekend
