jedi mind is dope when you first discover them, then... well eventually you realize that vinnie paz is a fat white guy who slurs like all of his words and is too damn agressive for his own good. actually wait, the saving grace of jedi mind is their beats, god do i love their beats.
 
Immortal Technique is the fucken shit!, Jedi Mind is good but ive heard better, foreign beggars for instance. But yes Dance with the Devil is like his single so i dont listen to it much anymore. The third passage coming soon.
 
it's a damn song. how is it that songs become so much more than something to listen to for people? i just don't understand how it becomes so political. i think what you blast in your car or listen to in your headphones is simply just that....

No because these songs are made to say something to people about life and how its made out that you have to live in one certain way to be "COOL". Undergrounds saying that you dont have to live by this so called "code of society". thats what makes it political.

And atmosphere and all the other rhymesayers are maybe the best underground rappers there are.
 
i suppose i understand where that is coming from but as someone who's been into underground for a while... it's never been more than just music to me. i think it's quality music, a lot higher quality than a lot of other music out there for masses.... but there's too much elitism involved with musical preference these days if you ask me...
 
jedi is bad there word play is terrible, they don't have any respect from other underground artists

dance with the devil yet decent, is not immortal techniques best. songs like 4th branch and point of no return is where its at.
