I watched this a few times and I don't think they're Hispanic. NS members from Edmonton/Winnipeg/Saskatchewan/Kamloops might be able to chime in as well, but I think they're Natives. They look and sound and act like Natives.
And at 0:59 an RCMP Suburban drives past. The only time the RCMP would drive past a guy that was KTFO in the middle of the road, is if they're Natives.

Sounds right, i took native studies and you sound spot on. Probably thought they were just performing a ritual in the road. Only problem is, every native child ive seen is obese. Generalization but its true. Maybe thats just the area im from with old haudinsaunee people.
