Kid got stabbed at my school

actually that is already the case in atleast massachusetts. if the school wants to search your locker, bag, or person they can. and no probable cause is needed. my friends get searched all the time, its kind of annoying but makes sense.
 
no, they do need "probable cause". but who's to say what that actually is. it can be anything from reaking like bud to just having some random kid telling the principle you have drugs on you. i always say though that if you have to get searched, and you got shit on you just run off school grounds. better to get in trouble for skipping then for drugs

no you actually dont, i've asked multiple police officers, this is the reason some school do allow sucurity cameras and metal detectors aswell as bag searches. wake up we live in a police state.
 
i live like 20 mins away and work at the mall with some people from LS. i heard the dude got stabbed in the throat, heart, and stomach. like fo real puncture wounds in his throat. and i heard the dude who did it has athsburgers(sp?) which is come form og autism or some shit. just makes you pretty stupid and annoying.

not fucking appropriate dude. The kid clearly has some serious problems, he's not just "stupid and annoying." This is a tragedy for everyone involved, and I would say that the perpetrator and his family are victims just like everyone else. Honestly, it probably never would have happened had people been more accepting and treated him decently. Obviously it's terrible that James was killed, but things like these are gonna continue to happen as long as people prey on and humiliate people who are different.
 
not only that simon but also say ignorant things like the kid you quoted. asbergers doesnt make you stupid and annoying, it means the kid had trouble reading peoples expressions. this made him very awkward in social situations.
