Kid Cudi Indicud impressions

Personally, I like the album.

That being said... word I hear is that a lot of the people listening to this side of Cudi aren't impressed. I can see why it really is something new, nothing like MOTM 1 or 2. Its hard to compare Indicud to any MOTM because the sound is so different. In a nutshell I really didn't hear a lot of deep lyrics as I did in MOTM, the beats were sick no doubt, but thats not why I'm a Kid Cudi fan.

If you don't like it, don't worry. MOTM 3 is coming and I'm just as pumped for that as Indicud

So if you're like me and couldn't wait to listen to the album already, what are your thoughts on The Moon Man's new album?
 
Unlike song of the song a LOT. Some are mediocre with good beats, and then there's a couple of the 'what the fuck is this shit' tracks tht he always seems to include
 
I didn't like it right away, but I've listened to most of the album almost ten times now and I have to say it is really growing on me. I think all of the singles he released were probably the best, but there are some other catchy enjoyable ones out there like Red Eye. I am kind of disappointed though that there aren't any "life changing" songs like Pursuit of Happiness or some of the other popular ones from Man On The Moon. People are hating on it now but I think it's going to catch on.
 
Just listened to it. First impression is that it's different, not bad just different. Will have to listen to it a few more times before I decide how much i like it.
 
I liked it a lot as a whole but there aren't really any songs I'm finding to be a new favourite or anything but none I find bad. Basically what I'm saying is none stand out that much to me but they are all decent songs. I also find that if you are listening to the album in order the songs merge together really well I will often not notice that the song has changed.
 
Equal to the number of people that cant use the search bar. But thanks for voicing your opinion on the album ;)
