"Police in Glastonbury said a son got into an altercation with his mother after his parents didn't buy him a car with leather interior and a sunroof.

Police said Michael Escribano got into a verbal argument where he threatened his mother, and also got into a physical altercation, causing injury after it was learned the accessories he wanted were not included with the new vehicle.

After the altercation, police said, Escribano fled on foot but was located a short time later."
