Keystone or Copper Mountain ?

Hi, I'm going to Colorado for a ski trip but I'm not sure which mountain is better.

I've been a few times in Keystone, Breckenridge and Vail but this time we're thinking if we should go somewhere else.

Aspen is to far away so I was thinking on Copper Mountain.

How is Copper mountain if compared with Keystone ?

Thanks.

breck is always solid

key is good if all you hit is park, even then breck is a bit better IMO

a basin is a no-park, mountain shred fest. you don't go if you want to hit anything besides like 2 rails. the terrain is awesome, and the snow is great.

i haven't been to cop, so I can't say for that though

Copper is decent. I don't think its as big as Keystone and it doesn't have as much variety in my opinion, but Keystone gets packed. You can't go wrong with either but my personal favorite is Keystone-- either way I wouldn't go to A basin.

Keys park is better than brecks...

Copper is nice. Woodward park is sick, the Woodward Barn is sick, and the back bowls are really fun on a good day.

Coppers jump line is really funky this year. Its hard to get enough speed. Rest of the park is pretty fun though

I thought their jumps are tits. first one's the only hard one to clear.

Maybe you need a tune? come see me

OP Copper is the shit. Less people, better terrain than Key, easy travel across the mountain. Can't beat it(here in the county)

IMO Keystone is one of the worst mountains in CO. The wayback is fun on a pow day but other than that its really shitty actually (unless you're strictly park).

Copper gets overlooked by vail resorts but I personally think it has the best terrain. Steep ass long groomers on far skiers right, miles of moguls, decent park, and the bowls are phenomenal for being lift accessed. Nothing too gnarly but definitely fun as hell.

Second that, Keystone has the least fun terrain IMO. Not enough cliffs, steeps, chutes, and gnarly terrain in general. The only time it's worth it is for turnt up night skiing and the park.

Easy, go to Copper. Copper has all the terrain you want and none of the terrain you don't. Yeah Breck and Keystone may be bigger (I think) but you have to plan out a weekend to travel around all day. Copper has great terrain and it is incredibly simple to get to all of it. Also, their park this year has been incredibly fun and I am pretty sure the only mountain in Summit with a mini 13' pipe. Past that, I think the resort area is much better at Copper than elsewhere as well.
