Kenworthy Vs. Wallisch Vs. BBrown -THE showdown

i feel like we're back in the old times where its cool to be all spinny and flippy and who can do the best at spinny flippys, style is disintegrating

Bobby Brown never falls.

and lets try to keep it to these four riders unless u guys have vids. none of this *Cough* business

How is style disentegrating? I don't understand how anyone can watch a Wallisch or Kenworthy video and say it's not stylish as fuck.

Gus is a very talented skier and his ability is great. i like how he got a lot of good exposure and did some cool filming this year. he is really sick. But, Wallisch and Gus are not in the same league. Sure, they're both on skis, but the way they make their skiing look is so different from each another I don't even know why they can be labeled or considered in the same posting thread!!!! Its like comparing these two vids:

It is very obvious looking at these videos. one has good style and the other has so much they need to work on. its great that they are going for it and having fun with skiing, but when it comes to style, don't fool yourself, you know who the coolest skier is.

I watched Gus ski COC yesterday and he's really good, and has a lot of tricks (including switch double corks apparently). He definitely has a shot at some comp success. I don't think anyone else mentioned has the same variety.

First of all no one has seen Bobby Brown ski on NS. He has two edits and they do not reflect his abilities. As for variety, Bobby has it all. The reason why you dont see him spinning for his life on rail/jumps like Gus is because he likes to keep it smooth and not show off while he is skiing. He just goes out and skis to ski, not to film or show anybody his skills. As for comps Bobby dominates in this categorey over Gus and Tom.

1st Big Bear Open, @nd Echo LAst Park Standing, 4th North American Open, 6th Aspen Open, 13th Us Open

i was gonna add him, but i wasn't sure whether or not he was on NS at all, guess brown's the one who isn't on here very much

that sums it up real well.
i've seen him ski a little bit, its quite impressive, always seems like he's havin a good time too

i love how everyone is like oh tom is the rail guy...kid can jump too....forward adn sw dub flips.....10 i know at least both ways switch soo many tricks both ways how can you not include him in jmping

These kinds of threads are so fucking stupid. All these skiers are rather close in ability so you can't say who is better- its all opinion. And putting tom in there isn't very fair; he's way older than bobby or gus.

kenworthy needs a couple more seasons to prove himself and be seen. for now he may as well be a one edit wonder.

so my list is definately

tom

bobby

__

gus

even tho that its not fair to compair these three because there should be more skiiers involved, i think it should be

tom

gus

bobby

dood thats such a dumb statement... no one just has a fluke edit. you dont just one day decide to throw dub cork 10. all these guys have real legit skill i dont think u can compare and contrast them that easily thoo.

sorry. should have said it this way tom and bobby have proven themselves in competition, i want to see more out of him before i put him on the same level

2 of them are park robots and one of them has style. we all know who that is and he would win. id rather throw some other people into the conversation that are all around dope skiers and do more than just park and do it all with good unique style like wallisch

dude you cant just end the thread once you state your opinion. i actually would actually put gus ahead of bobby, but of course its my opinion
