and for those of you who havnt seen these, this is what DC has leaked so far about the car and footage

 
This is the sort of stuff that you are supporting when you by DCs: overpriced overbuilt cars and Ken Block, who hates skiers.
 
You sir are a fucking idiot. Don't open your mouth if you don't know shit because your obviously don't know anything about Ken Block, DC, or rally cars.
 
haha surprise surprise a dyrdek cameo, but seriously that was so fucking sick. hes so fucking.....accurate with the car. they should make a video of him going on a high speed chase from cops.

The amount of skill and practice it takes just to get one of those shots right is insane... Like im not all about DC or rob dierdek and never bought anything from that company but seriously that was one of the illest promotional vids/adverts/edits I have ever seen in my life

i would give my left nut, a kidney and my spleen to have a car that sick. I actually bought myself a 2009 subie WRX but i have absolutely no clue how to make it that powerful. the normal wrx/sti block is 2.5L that was a crawford performance 2.65L block ($15k) the turbo is like the size of a basketball and probably costs $5k and everything else under the hood is probably like $10k plus the 800 man hours or whatever so that shit is worth probably $80k+

ive watched it 5 times already in hd. some of the shots are amazing. ken block is my hero
 
why there would be no point. he would just outrun them within 5 seconds and the police cars would be sliding everywhere and getting into crashes. and there would be Ken driving off into the sunset.
 
yea but it would be funneh. They need to take the car to denmark and do a getaway in stockholm with it: ken block style

tires

brakes

suspension upgrades

paint job

interior stuff (seats, wheel, dash, etc)

probably new exhaust system

and i'm pretty sure there's a huge cold air intake in there too

so the parts as well as the labor probably come out to a lot more than 80k

but that was a sick video... absolutely insane
 
This was a very sick video. I loved the slow-mo. While Block is a great driver, I bet any WRC driver, especially the best like Sebastian Loeb, could do this. Not to mention the legends like Colin McRae or Richard Burns (who both died at a young age unfortunately).
