Kelowna...

Im from k-dot skiings sweet bigwhite, silverstar and apex all within an hour and theres always cheap places to stay if you looook..
 
i was out there during the winter, stayed at the gyro beach motel or something...fun times...fun times...
 
big white= shitty terrain, good snow (light, dry), decent park, super expensive-- theres way better places to ski in BC.

kelowna= best place to be in the summer but the winter lacks.
 
^I'd have to disagree, well its not that steep but if you hike like 15min over parachute bowl you get some sweet ass snow
 
i inhabited kelowna in the summer and man we walked along the beach by the marina and holy jesus christ the chicks that were walking around in skantily clad bikinis gave me a ragin hard on. i got back to the room and pounded my gf
 
ahah you are an idiot shitty terrain? maybe if you actually knew where to look you would have realized that bigwhite has sick terrain. and it isnt THAT expensive....

actually im not bias its just kinda annoying when your initial post about bigwhite was bigwhite=shitty terrain which it is not. im sure there are like 1000 other resorts that are like the size of the bunny hill out here. im not saying we have the best terrain ever in the world, but its definitely not "shitty" have you ever skiied eastpeak after its dumped a few feet of snow? ya....its shitty

whent last year to ski big white so fucking decent man .. awesome snow such a good hills one day chated it up with this on boarding chick its was a good time i recoment it to anyone
 
yo, myself and my buddy are going down there dec 26 to big white right outside kelowna, if ure going to be there around that time drop me a line so we can jam, ps. they spent 3 mill on a new park, im sure there'll be a cool thing or two....
 
If you had steeps/BC at Big White you would know that it is one hell of a lot harder to Film in the BC. It also takes lots of precious time away from my ski season.
 
Big white has some pretty good snow, but I agree with Nick that the terrain is lacking. Its not bad by any means, its just not that great. Better than Silver Star for sure, but I've heard Apex has better big mountain stuff. Overall Big White is supposedly the best of the 3. But go further towards the Rockies if you really want sweet terrain.

And yes, Big White is a little overpriced for what you get. Its a resort, they'll do that.
 
I just don't understand why you are so in love with your resort, I said Big White has good snow and a good park just the steeps and big mtn lack. I mean seriously man, go to Golden, Whistler, WH20, Red, Fernie or any other eastern BC resort and tell me that Big White's terrain compairs because I don't think it does.

But yeah you're entitled to you're opinion but you obviously couldn't defend it because you turn to insults, weak man, weak.
 
Because I have enough money, food, car, and the time to visit those resorts all the time... uhhh

big white is good, and It's just where I am right now. So that's why I love my resort.
