Keep or Sell..?

hey, my brother was given a JVC Everio S GZ-MS100 video camera for his job (added bonus sort of thing) and he does not really have much use for it other than skiing edits. with not knowing any technical lingo i dunno if its a good camera for ski use. we want a good clear picture, high quality. not movie standard as that would be expensive.
ive used the searchbar which came up with some JVC cameras but not this one in particular. from what ive seen there not really the best but i may be completely wrong.
so my question is should we keep this camara or sell it to buy a better one, more suitable for what we want.

well from what i've read, the video quality on it is decent, not the best though. Also it records in mpeg-2 which is like 10 years outdated, once again not the best. I would reccomend selling it for like 200ish and than put that 200 towards a better camera.
 
cool thanks guys. +kany other opinions out there?would there be any reason for me to keep it? worth keeping to save some cash or not?
