People on youtube might know him by the name BeenerKeekee or something like that. Basically I'm pretty sure he's a midget and not a creepy little kid. He wears those shirts with the enlarged headphones "draped" around the neck and has a little bit of acne, signs that to me point towards him being older. Regardless, watching this kid lip-sync along to different pop songs with amazing enthusiasm has become part of my weekly laugh material. Anyways I think it's hilarious so here's a link to get you started.
