Kayak kickflips, what?

i think something similar was in that kayak thing that inspired brought out a while ago, the amount of hip strength you need to that is pretty insane.

I am a kayaker, i can some of the tricks in that vid, but i mostly go creeking. waterfalls and big burly drops are more fun for me.

not as epic as the other vids but here it is in competition form, an inflatable is submerged above the rapid to make it larger

Well, pretty much myself and all of my other kayaking friends/kayaking people I have met are exactly the opposite of that.

Interesting.

That river was fucking pumping. Such a sick video, but "kickflips" made me think that they were going to jump out of the kayaks and then the kayaks would do a like a lincoln loop on their own and then they would land back in them.

That was tight. I watched a couple more kayak vids and I'm starting to wonder why it's not more popular. Obviously it's hard/expensive to get into and takes a lot of balls, plus, it's not the best spectator sport (you can't build a stadium around a river), but it's crazy to watch and the scenery is sick.
