Katrina Victim files $3,000,000,000,000,000 claim. Yes, 3 Quadrillion dollars

That is so ridiculously stupid. Is there that much money in the world? Maybe if you combine like the all industrialized countries? It works out to over 6.2 billion per PERSON in New Orleans (before Katrina, double it for the current population)

I would think up a bunch of ways to kill myself with money. Then with my money have people make me alive again then do that a bunch of times until I ran out of money.
 
No matter whos fault it is, it still comes back to one thing really.

Putting a MAJOR CITY BELOW SEA LEVEL NEXT TO THE OCEAN is probably the stupidest thing you could ever do. It's like building your house over the San Andreas fault line and then asking the government for 1 billion dollars when your house falls down. It's fucking stupid.

The entire city of NO deserves the Darwin Award, if you're dumb enough to put that large of a city in that hazardous of a location...all I can say is Natural Selection.
