I have been watching the news for about the past hour on Hurricane Katrina. I am going to encourage all of you who can to do some type of fundraiser. We sent enough money off to other countries when shit happens and you know that they are not going to help us much. I am going to raise money at my school so instead of beating your meat or something you should get out and raise money. No one has anywhere to go and so many billions of dollars is needed. So we should all do something.

yea def gotta do something. personaly...i have freinds that live in the south...one in mobile al. hes ok...i talked to him...and my friend katie lives in columbus miss. and goes to school at loyolla new orleans....and i fianlly got a hold of her today and shes ok....had to spend a night in a red cross shelter...but is ok...and doesnt think school is gonna be opened this semester. but there are alot of people who arnt ok...and i have more friends all over mississippi that i havnt been able to get in touch with. any one got ne ideas on what we can do???

The whole city of new orleans was sitting below sea level the whole time. It was inevitable that the city would eventually become flooded.

And why don't we just donate to the red cross or one of the other numerous funds for this situation?

today our fam collected clothes and stuff we had and ended up with 5 garbage bags and 6 boxes of clothes. a teddy bear dude, and a bag and a couple boxes of shoes

Anyway, a gas station we pass. We got gas, and ran off to get grub.It was a nice little pub in the middle on nowhere. Anywhere woulda been better. I ordered enchiladas and I ate 'em, Ali had the fruit punch.

First offf money isn't wat they need right now, yes they will shortly but right now they need help of personal trained to deall with the disater and they need to get everyone to good health and safe before anything. i think that money needs to be sent in a couple of weeks casue money that is sent now is actually not going there caseu they can't anything in out of the disater area's.

we definitely should give some.if 1/2 of the ns members (30000) gave $5.00 that would be $150,000.00 that is a lot of money and $5.00 is nothing.you can barely eat at taco bell for $5.00. think about how much good that would do and how much people would aprreciate that.if 40000 members gave $10.00 that would be $400,000.00
