Just think: the black people are the ones that are poorer and less-educated in New Orleans (fact... NOT racism) thus are the ones that did not heed the warnings and did not evacuate. The majority of people who stayed were black, which is why the majority of people looting are black. The shots that are just showing people getting saved are also mainly those of black people...
