Kastle Colby's?

Anyone own a pair or have ridden on these? Im looking at the green ones (park ones) because i may be recieving a pair as a hookup from a friend who works at kastle.

Saw Alex Ferreira Transfer in the double redbull pipe at buttermilk. He rocks the Colbys. Must be good in the park or atleast the pipe.

Kastle seems to be a serious under rated brand. No one even talks about them. They must be doing something right though to have Colby skiing them.

Free skis are always good.

they are terrible

i rented them for a day in zermatt and i've never been so displeased riding a pair of skis. They are so stiff with absolutely no feedback or pop. I found them stable at high speeds, but there's a thousand other cambered & stiff skis you can get out there with just as much stability and more fun for less money.

They didn't have much pop because you had rental bindings on them. Kastle is for sure a very underrated brand, and their skis are quality. For some reason most expensive resort out west use Colby's as the demo ski for guests. It's hilarious to see gapers on fully symmetrical cambered skinny pipe skis at a place like Jackson Hole. There may not be a worse fit. But for pipe skiing, they have all the qualities of a great ski. But if you want a park ski, the James are a little wider, softer, and (I think) have a little rocker.
