good to see some nice additions to the forums. Honestly out of any forum layout in any website i've been to NS has the best. Things are clean, look good, and simple. I hate when theres HUGE pictures in the signature or its all dark colors or something like that. Keep the good work up!
 
YES! I agree completely. that's something HUGE that pisses me off about other forums. A lot of vbulletin forums are filled with useless junk that slooooows down the page loading, and just the general site. no one wants to or cares to see you 500x500 pixel picture of halo in your profile every 3 posts! I hate those forums, and they take so long to load. I could link you to 5 forums off the top of my head that do that. Huge icons and huge signatures that take forever to load and stretch the page to shit. When I open up Ski Gabber or something on NS I click 10+ threads and open them in new tabs so they all open and load at the same time. If I do that in most any other forum, my browser crashes or slows to shit. [end rant] yeah.. that's why I love Newschoolers.

I'm stoked they've put the karma in an easier spot to use... I think the system will reach its potential now that people don't have to go through the effort of opening someone's profile in order to rate them.
