Karl riding for K2 now?

tl:dr

On3p couldn't offer as much as K2. Athlete needs money. Athlete doesn't resign with On3p. Athlete doesn't communicate any of his reasoning. On3p gets it but wishes they had at least heard from him instead of being ghosted.
