Yeah, Russel Rainey makes the Hammerhead binding. While a lot of people like it, I prefer plate bindings (I have an alpine background) - it gives me a powerful telemark turn and it allows me to make parallel turns when I want to.
I'm currently on Skyhoys, but plan on switching to the Bomber Bishop telemark binding (the sub plate system will let me switch the binding among skis in my quiver).
My next ski plans are the Karhu Ruckit for the park and freeriding, the Karhu Jak for epic days and my trips out west, and the upcoming Karhu Rox for tele-cross events and those days I just feel like ripping straightlines.
