anyone see these in the new skiing mag? karhu "limited edition pfd 172." i can't see what a tele boarder would need a pair of elizabeths for, but they're an all-wood graphic ala arbor snowboards which is kinda cool.....only 150 pairs made i guess....maybe that's their ploy

Those are snow blades with a strap on binding basically, and they have a skin on the bottom. I had to mount a couple pairs of those things last year...pretty dumb.

i know but jsut the idea of a ski that you dont need a boot. think about it have those bingings on some urban skis. but have the heel secured. you could run away from security faster. sneek into tricky urban easier

don't knock it until you ski them.

yes the elizabeths and the PFDs have the same shape and 99% of the same construction.

i have seen people do things on those skis (tele) that would make your jaw drop.

true that, try straight lining a bowl switch on tele. or riding away clean switch after a jump. dude, tele skiers are the shit, and its so funny when people on training-heels get shown up by them.

^check the new skiing mag.....basically the graphic is just plain wood. and i wasn't knocking on teleboarding by any means, it's just the way the elizabeth is marketed i wouldn't view it as a tele-able ski, but perhaps i'm completely wrong
