Kanye West - 808's and Heartbreaks

Yah that link didnt work...but i got to listen to the album and im stoked on it. kanye still showing why he is the best!

After listening to it once I don't think it compares to his other cd's so far. I'm not saying it's bad, it's just not as great as his other stuff.

See you in my knightmares. My favorite song on the album for sure. Such a shitty let down of an album

i like it. it's a different style for sure, but such good nighttime music. make sure you either DL a good quality link (at least 256 kbps) or buy the album, 320kbps sounds like a completely different song from 192kbps (trust me i had 192 originally and it sounded like crap). it's not really rap though, more electro-pop, not what i was expecting but very pleased nonetheless.

throw up a link to a good quality dl? id torrent it but my school is mega strict about that shit and has it fully blocked

hahaha you have to mount the torrent or whatever its called. use vuze or bitttorrent or something to mount the torrent, then youll download the actual content.

do you have a program to download torrents with? if not, i recommend utorrent. just google it and install (it's free of course), then open the DL link with utorrent and it will begin downloading

WORST MUSIC EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

why cant he just make songs that sound like american boy ft. estelle?

that song is sickass

i've read that this was almost a side project of his. it was recorded in like two weeks. i think he's planning on dropping a disc in 09 sometime.

it was a side project, he said so himself. he said it was just something that he wanted to do and that he didn't care whether it sold or not because it was just an experiment he really wanted to do. there's a reason that this has hardly been promoted at all, especially when compared to the media attention Graduation was grabbing.

of course we all know that none of this will matter to those haters who only like musicians who aren't successful, or remix the same old songs for the thousandth time and lay a little rhyme on top.

i like this album because it's fresh, i've never heard these beats before, and there isn't a lot of music out there that sounds like this. it's not straight up rapping, but it is rhyming, and it wasn't mixed in some mom's basement with a couple of 60s records that have been played on so many tracks already (i'm not naming anybody but some of you "rap lovers" know exactly who i'm talking about.

because everyone is dating an LA chick who isn't cool and is actually really annoying, but nobody wants to relate to Kanye haha.
