alright, so i know i can throw flats. but how much for difficult is bringing the 3 around a second time with a 5? are there any certain tips to pull it off?

if any of you can do them, i mean if you can stomp them, wanna give me a play by play of it? you obviously learn it on tramp first right?

just lay down some input and it'd be super appreciated.

ummm wrong. double flips need to be done on large kickers to have the air time to get the rotation around. preferably poppy jumps. That's why double flips shouldn't be done by people that have to ask. If you can't do it or don't have access to a water ramp, don't try it in the park. try it in pow if you want then bring it to the park but a double flip gone wrong in the park for someone whose ability level isn't up there spells a ride out in a helicopter or worse.

don't even think about spinning on the second flat. otherwise you might go out of control and go crazy (like i did), don't whip too hard or it will set you into a spin. just throw two flat 3s and the last 180 will just happen

Well first of all if you're having to ask for advice you may want to reconsider doing it. But if you're just asking for pointers for some added confidence that's alright. First things first, don't set it super early, make sure you wait until the end of the jump to set the trick. Of course if you're at the level to be trying doubles this should already be automatic, its just that under the added fear it may just happen. First flip is easy, one thing though is that it's probably better to tuck that one around quicker so you have room for adjustment on the second flip. Here's where you've gotta trust yourself, the first time you go onto the second flip it might feel kinda wierd, you just have to do it. Know that if you freak out and kick out it'll be much worse than if you pull the 2nd flip around. Wait till you can see the ground before you do the spin. Voila, you've done it!

Hope that helps. Definatly try it on water ramps first. Less scary so you'll be less likely to mess up, and if you land on your face it'll just sting for a few minutes instead of breaking your neck

try to throw your first one a little bit before halfway through the jump and it will give u time to spot better and the late one usually comes natural.

I have NO idea about snow but i can throw them off the local 1 meter diving board. Try to throw a hard flat 3 to a flat 5. also i set with more flip and less spin than a usual single flat. good luck man and film it

take off as if for a regular rodeo, but throw the flip a lot harder, when you complete the first rotation dont pull the spin round like you normaly would just keep tucked in for the second flip when you come around you should be able to whip the last few degrees on the rotation around.. stomp you landed it

just dont think about it ride up to a jump and huck youl probably land on your feet. Its not like a big trick or anything...

just hit chads gap when the first 3 inchs of snow for the season fall...that will give u ample air time to figure it out

the only thing you need to remember is to get it on film if you do then if you die all of NS will be like your awesome and have huge balls. and if you land it all of NS will be wow your are awesome. its a win win situation.

i dont know if ill try it at all. I just think it's possible because i can do flat spins on ramps. i just want to know some extra stuff and tips just in case i do actually somehow learn to flip the whole two rotations.

im leaving tomorrow for ramping, i only get to go 8 days every year cause i live in the prairies. so i use every day out there to learn the most i can.

there's a little part of my mind that tells me, "He's thought this through. He knows that 99% of NSers can't do kangaroo flips anywhere. He surely has a gymnastics trampoline and can land double backflips every time. Maybe he's actually serious about this." But unfortunately the bigger part of my mind is very very afraid for your reasoning ability and safety.

ya I've been doing them on water ramps this summer.

As for progression on tramp the best I can think of is to do the trick in 2 bounces right in a row. Maybee do 1 1/4 flips to your back so you get the feeling of going past 1 flip
