learn double lincon loop and then huck that more flat spi style and roll your shoulder and you will have a kangaroo flip after a few 100 tries, just dont kill your self on the 2nd flip, doubles are wierd you need to get used to them casue your body will naturaly fight the 2nd rotaion unless you know what y our doing, if I was you id recomend going to a gymnastics place and trying them into a foam pit, im gonna try them on diving board tommorow
